Like his brothers, Scratch is about as sharp as a bowling ball. But while Grounder & Coconuts have a stronger arsenal of built-in weaponry, Scratch is most often the one to at least ATTEMPT at constructing a plan for attack, being limited in combat  beyond aggressively pecking with his admittedly sharp metal beak & telescopic limbs. He IS however quite a Mean Bean at the game Puyo Puyo.

He talks alot of game for a chicken, but he can't exactly take it as well as he can dish it out. He's directly responsible for the creation of his " twin " Grounder, something he very often regrets, as he'd rather not have such.... heated competition for their Robotnik's appreciation.

Finally feeling a sense of unappreciation from their universe's Robotnik, Scratch hopes that his recent teamup with Eggman to kill Sonic Prime ( and affectively every other Sonic along with him ) will once again bring joy to their master's face.
